We're looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting business owners and can bring new clients to our agency.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses across Pune.
- Pitch our Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and explain our service offerings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and onboarding.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable meeting business owners face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.




- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

Part-Time: 4–5 hours per day (Flexible)

Compensation

- Fixed Monthly Stipend (Based on Experience)
- Attractive Incentives on Every Successful Client Conversion
- Opportunity to transition into a Full-Time role based on performance.

Trial Period

This is a part-time trial role for the first 30 days. Based on performance, lead quality, and client conversions, the candidate may be offered a full-time position with a higher salary and incentives.

Performance Expectations

- Visit 10–15 businesses per day
- Generate 3–5 qualified leads daily
- Close Min 8 paying clients/month
- Achieve monthly client conversion targets
