As a Human Resources Manager at RL Jewels, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your focus will be on building a motivated, skilled, and ethical workforce to support our continued growth and uphold our legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in jewellery manufacturing, sales, and designing.
- Administer onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee payroll, advantages, and attendance.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Support organizational change and growth initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or jewelry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS software (preferred).
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ethical judgment.
