Role Overview
We are looking for a Franchise Holiday Expert to join our team in Vellore. You will assist customers with travel bookings, help them choose flights, hotels, and holiday packages, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking travel services like flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 3-4 years in the travel industry, with experience in both domestic and international travel packages.
Skills:
- Travel consultation and management
- Valuable customer service skills
- Ability to manage reservations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of different travel destinations
- Fluency in English and any local language is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
