Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing Executive

- Generate new customer leads through various marketing activities.
- Promote and explain loan products and financial services.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth loan processing.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Visit customers or business locations when required.

Telecalling Executive

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain loan products and company services professionally.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments.




- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Meet daily calling and lead generation targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
