About Us:

NXT Health Commune is a fast-growing healthcare content platform focused on creating impactful conversations with doctors, experts, and founders through podcasts, reels, and on-ground video content.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable videographer who can independently handle on-ground shoots across multiple locations. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in dynamic environments, understands content creation, and can ensure high-quality video output consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shoot high-quality video content for podcasts, interviews, reels, and healthcare campaigns
- Handle end-to-end shoot setup (camera, audio, lighting basics) independently
- Travel to different locations (clinics, offices, studios) for shoots
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio capture during recordings
- Collaborate with the content team for shoot requirements and execution
- Manage and transfer raw footage in an organized manner post-shoot
- Maintain consistency in visual quality across all content

Technical Requirements:

- Must own a professional camera setup (DSLR/Mirrorless)
- Strong understanding of camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance)




- Experience with on-ground shooting in varied environments
- Basic knowledge of audio recording (lapel mics, external recorders)
- Understanding of lighting setups (natural + basic artificial lighting)
- Familiarity with video formats, resolutions (4K/1080p), and frame rates

Preferred Skills:

- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience shooting podcasts or interview-style content
- Ability to guide subjects for better on-camera presence
- Fast turnaround mindset and startup adaptability

Requirements:

- Must be based in Pune or willing to travel regularly
- Should be available for frequent shoots (multiple times a week)
- Must have their own camera + basic gear
- Portfolio or sample work is mandatory
