### **About the Role**

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and communicative Technical Trainer to deliver a 5-day intensive bootcamp on **Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)** in Salem. If you have a passion for teaching, robust algorithmic problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of Java, this short-term assignment is perfect for you.

### **What You Will Do**

* Deliver engaging, in-person training covering Core Java concepts (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading) and Data Structures & Algorithms.

* Teach problem-solving techniques for Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, and Dynamic Programming.

* Lead hands-on live coding sessions and demonstrations.

* Provide one-on-one debugging help and clear technical doubts for participants.

* Evaluate participant progress through daily quick challenges or assignments.

### **What We Are Looking For**





* **Technical Skills:** Expert-level knowledge of Core Java and a strong grip on DSA concepts and Big-O time/space complexity.

* **Experience:** Proven experience as a corporate trainer, coding bootcamp instructor, or a Senior Software Engineer with mentoring experience.

* **Communication:** Exceptional ability to break down complex algorithms into simple, easy-to-understand concepts.

* **Readiness:** Must be available to travel to/work in Salem for the 5 full days starting on the 13th.

### **Ability to Commute/Relocate:**

* Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

**Experience:**

* Teaching/Training: 1 year (Preferred)

* Java Programming: 3 years (Preferred)
