Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to take complete ownership of accounts & finance operations across all branches – Bangalore, Hyderabad, West Bengal & Chennai. You will lead branch accounts teams, drive compliance, conduct internal audits, and act as the single point of contact for all financial matters across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Accounts Oversight :Full ownership of books of accounts for all 4 branches: BNG, HYD, WB & Chennai.Supervise & guide accounts teams at each branch location.Ensure timely month-end & year-end closing across all branches.Standardize accounting policies, processes & SOPs pan-India.

2. Financial Control & Internal Audit:Conduct periodic internal audits for all branches to ensure accuracy & compliance.Intervene in any accounts matter across branches to resolve discrepancies.Implement strong internal controls & prevent revenue leakage/pilferage.Review branch-wise P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & MIS

3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation:Coordinate with external CA/Tax consultants for audits, IT, GST, TDS, PT filings.Ensure 100% statutory compliance across all states – Karnataka, Telangana, WB, TN.Handle assessments, notices, and department queries with CA support.Monitor GST reconciliations, E-invoicing, E-way bills for all branches.

4. Financial Planning & Reporting:Consolidate branch-level financials & prepare company-level MIS for management.Drive budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis for all locations.Cash flow planning,



fund allocation & working capital management branch-wise.Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination:Lead, mentor & review performance of branch accounts teams.Single point of coordination between branches, HO & external CA team.Conduct regular reviews with branch heads on receivables, payables, inventory.Train branch teams on compliance updates & system processes

6. Banking & Vendor Management:Oversee banking operations, limits, LC/BG for all branches.Review vendor payments, customer collections & credit control pan-India.Approve high-value transactions & ensure proper authorization matrix.Maintain confidentiality and support process improvements in the finance function.

Requirements:

- 20+ years hands-on experience in multi-location accounts & finance management.

- Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act across multiple states.

- Proven experience in internal audit, finalization of accounts & CA coordination.

- Expertise in Tally, SAP, or ERP systems with multi-branch setup.

- Excellent leadership, analytical & problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to HYD, WB, Chennai branches as required.

- High integrity, attention to detail & ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

- Must have handled manufacturing/FMCG/trading industry with multi-state operations.

- Familiarity with other accounting or ERP tools.

- Experience in vendor management and costing
