Job Overview
The Project Manager – Mechanical will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring mechanical projects from initiation to completion. The role involves project planning, costing, estimation, procurement, execution, billing, client coordination, and quality compliance to ensure timely delivery within budget and as per safety and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate project activities from start to completion.
- Review work orders, contracts, fabrication, erection, and assembly drawings to understand project scope.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate drawing approvals with Clients, Architects, and Consultants.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and required resources.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project budgets, material take-off, and reconciliation statements.
- Monitor project costs, progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, QC, NDT, and other required reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve project issues.
- Prepare measurement sheets,



verify quantities, and handle project and contractor billing.
- Submit regular project progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in mechanical project execution within the construction industry.
- Experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of project planning, costing, estimation, and budgeting.
- Good understanding of steel structure fabrication and erection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

- ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 (CTC) per month
