- Serve on Activities Committee with employee involvement functions such as Company Picnic, Christmas Party, as required
- Assist with the maintaining up-to-date information on HRIS system (PeopleSoft) for all employees
- Complete employment verifications as requested
- Keep HR Manager up-to-date on issues relating to employee relations, or other areas of the business of Decostar
- Partner with field professionals to analyze training needs
- Create, develop, and deliver content as identified
- Assists in identifying critical HR and training goals
- Provides professional support to the HR Manager as assigned
- Assist field staff in identify training needs and compiling information to create training procedural guides
- Performs role as change agent for implementing new HR programs and/or processes
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹23,089.47 per month
