Role Overview
Circle Health is looking to onboard Registered Nurses (RNs) based in India to support U.S. healthcare programs remotely.
This role involves telephonic patient engagement, care coordination, and supporting ongoing care management for chronic and elderly patients through structured workflows and virtual care processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic patient interactions and follow-ups
- Support care coordination initiatives for chronic care patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Collaborate with internal care teams and healthcare providers
- Ensure adherence to defined clinical and documentation protocols
Eligibility Criteria
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification – India
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in night shifts (U.S. hours)
- Prior experience in telehealth, care coordination, or patient engagement is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
