Summary:
The IAM (Identity & Access Management) Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily IAM service delivery, ensuring secure and productive identity lifecycle management across the enterprise. The role manages a team of IAM analysts/engineers, drives operational excellence, ensures compliance with security policies, and partners with technology and business teams to maintain a strong access governance posture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must have collaborates and manages the team of 50+ to perform:
- Understand project financials P&L.;
- Implement AI automations and easy adoption to AI for use cases which require manual work.
- Governance and present Weekly, monthly and quarterly security reports to the stakeholders.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that protect cloud infrastructure and data assets.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment on security objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Cybersecurity Delivery for various security functions (IAM, IGA, PAM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, Network Security).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and architecture design.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
- Ability to analyse and mitigate security risks associated with cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes.
- Skilled in documenting security policies, procedures, and control implementations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
