Marketing & Growth Executive

Location: Homeland City, Piplod, Surat

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented professional to drive community growth, member engagement, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with prospective members, explain the platform's benefits, and drive membership conversions.

- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, and outreach.

- Build strong relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.

- Manage social media activities and create meeting/event summaries.

Skills & Requirements

- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.

- Sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into members.

- Proactive, organized, and self-driven.

- Understanding of social media management.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Community Management preferred.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
