Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery, confectionery, and savoury products.
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients and support daily manufacturing operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Support senior chefs and production supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, catering, or food manufacturing workplace is preferred.
- Freshers with culinary training may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to learn.
