15+ Years experience as Purchase Manager in Real Estate or Construction Materials

Must have good communications Skills and Computer Skills

Willing to join immediately.

Able to handle a team of 5 staff and willing to manage stores at site.

Able to visit site locations twice in a month.

Job Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

· Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating task.

· Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

· Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

· Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

· Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.

· Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

· Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense




- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Working experience in vendor management software
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
- Robust leadership capabilities

· Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

· Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

· Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.

· Supervisory and management experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

· Strong planning and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
