Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for MBA freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for school management and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for successful implementation of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, exhibitions,



and promotional campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings when required.

Eligibility

- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) freshers are preferred.
- Graduates from any discipline with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for the education and EdTech industry is an added advantage.
