Job Title: Executive – PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive – PPIC to manage production planning, inventory control, order coordination, and raw material planning for our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor production schedules.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, artwork approvals, and inspections.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth order processing.




- Raise RM/PM purchase requirements and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation processes and documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
