- 2+ years of technical leadership experience

- Expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks

- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns

- Experience with database design and optimization

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Experience with system design and scalability

- Previous experience in mentoring and team building

- Familiarity with multiple technology stacks

- Experience in the relevant industry domain
