About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically appealing, and client-focused interior spaces while ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and project objectives.
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space-planning layouts.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Prepare project specifications, estimates, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design execution as planned.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,



SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interior design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of project estimation and vendor management.
- Robust portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
