Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top IT talent, coordinating with clients, and successfully closing Contract and Full-Time positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle for Contract and Full-Time requirements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidate technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills





- 3–10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience hiring for Contract (W2, C2C, 1099) and Full-Time positions.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Dice
- Monster
- CareerBuilder
- Indeed
- Experience sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.

- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
- Excellent candidate relationship management.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
