We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our wedding planning company. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing team in promoting our services and attracting potential clients. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the wedding planning industry and an opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

Duration: Minimum 4 to maximum 6 months

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics for our services.
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide information about our wedding planning services and answer any inquiries.
- Maintain an organized client database using MS Office and DBMS to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content such as brochures, social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including online advertising, email marketing, and attending wedding expos or other events.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities,



and emerging wedding planning techniques to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing team by actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other cooperative efforts.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of DBMS (Database Management Systems) to maintain and organize client information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Passion for the wedding planning industry and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Stipend: INR 8,000-15,000 (monthly)
