Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Civil Engineer with 1–10 years of experience in structural design and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing RCC and steel structures and be proficient in structural analysis software such as ETABS and STAAD.Pro. The role involves preparing structural designs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze RCC and structural steel buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Perform structural analysis using ETABS and STAAD.Pro.
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and engineering documentation.
- Develop structural layouts, framing plans, foundation plans, and reinforcement details.
- Review structural drawings and coordinate with drafting teams for accurate documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant IS codes,



project specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits as required to resolve structural design and construction-related issues.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve engineering queries.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in ETABS and STAAD.Pro (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design.
- Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS Codes) and structural design principles.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience

- 1–10 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
