Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines, ensuring high-quality output, meeting production targets, and following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications.
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production.
- Perform machine adjustments to maintain optimum performance.
- Load paper, ink, plates, and other materials as required.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine issues or production defects.




- Ensure production targets are met while minimizing waste.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely job completion.

Requirements

- Previous experience operating printing machines is preferred.
- Knowledge of offset, digital, or flexographic printing is an advantage.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand job specifications.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in shifts when required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience in the printing or packaging industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
