Job Summary
We are hiring Warehouse Associates (Picker/Packer) for leading e-commerce warehouses. This is a spot joining chance with no charges / no fees. Candidates will be responsible for handling warehouse operations like picking, packing, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking items from warehouse racks
- Packing products safely for delivery
- Scanning and labeling packages
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Loading & unloading goods (if required)
- Following warehouse safety guidelines
Salary & Benefits
- Salary (In-Hand): ₹13,500 – ₹15,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹500
- Night Allowance: ₹100 – ₹110 per shift
- Overtime (OT): ₹126/hour (as applicable)
- Room Allowance: ₹1,500 ( Migrant)
- PF & ESIC: Provided
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week
- Food Facility: Subsidized meals available
- Total Earning Potential: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000+
Shift Timing
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Day shift also available (depending on location)
