Job Description
Our Client, a Telecom Operator in Sweden, is presently looking to strengthen the design and product expertise related to the Finance & Operations (F&O;) and Customer Engagement (CE) products in their IT team. Therefore, looking to hire a Solution Architect with strong knowledge in IT architecture in CRM and ERP modules. Your role will be to investigate business needs, design and ensure maintainability of customizations for our future CRM cloud ecosystem and surrounding systems, in order to generate business value.

Responsibilities

- Monitor external developments within F&O;/CE products from CRM domain perspective
- Provide senior experience regarding design of ERP solutions based on F&O;/CE in a hybrid cloud setup, based on previous ERP experience
- Lead model based (process, information) customization and maintenance of solutions
- Acquire and improve skills in developing customizations of F&O;/CE
- Drive development of policies, standards and guidelines regarding customizations of solutions based on F&O;/CE in a hybrid cloud setup
- Support IT management regarding strategy, governance, development and operational management related to F&O;/CE
- Monitor quality measurement and follow up on software quality and traceability

Competence Requirements

Education:

- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or similar experience acquired in skilled positions.
- Training in first-line leadership is meritorious.

Experience:





- At least 5 years’ professional experience of work in ERP implementation and operation
- At least 3 years’ professional experience of customizing Microsoft AX/CRM or similar products
- Experience from F&O; and CEin a hybrid cloud setup in Azure
- Experience from process and information modelling to support business operations
- Experience from hands-on configuration and development in at least one ERP system
- Experience from systems integration (EAI) and business intelligence (DW/BI) is meritorious
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 is preferable but not must. Domain experience is preferred over specific product knowledge

Knowledge and skills:

- Expert knowledge about AX/CRM products
- Knowledge about F&O;/CE modules & implementing on cloud
- Knowledge about Azure cloud services and software ecosystems
- Knowledge about tools and methods to model operational processes
- Knowledge about information modelling techniques and skills in related tools and methods
- Knowledge and skills in customizations of AX/CRM products
- Skills in at least one high-level programming language used in ERP customization

Personality:

- Very strong communication and documentation skills in English
- High level of integrity while still being able to gain and nurture good relations
- Analytical capabilities and creative thinker with product and technology passion
- Maintains attention to the overall architecture landscape and long-term business needs
