Job Description – HR Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.

Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation processes.

Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (2–5 years) in recruitment, preferably in IT/BPO/Corporate sectors.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS systems.
