Injection Moulding Supervisor – Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising day-to-day injection moulding production activities and
ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and machine
utilization are achieved eiciently.
Key Responsibilities

- experience in engineering material processing like PA66, PC, ABS etc
- Supervise injection moulding shop floor activities and manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, rejection, and productivity.
- Ensure mould change activities are completed within the planned time.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive
- maintenance.
- Ensure process parameters are maintained as per approved settings.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
- Implement corrective actions for moulding defects and process issues.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and downtime

- Ensure proper identification and traceability of parts.
- Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safety practices are followed on the shop floor.
- Train and guide operators, setters, and helpers.
- Coordinate with Quality, Tool Maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Planning, and

Required Skills

- minimum 2 years experience
- Knowledge of injection moulding process, moulding defects, and
- troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of engineering plastics and material handling.
- Ability to handle manpower and shift operations.
- Knowledge of mould change and machine troubleshooting.
- Understanding of quality systems and documentation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
