Responsibilities:
- Handle HR activities including recruitment, attendance, and payroll.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with government departments and agencies for licenses, renewals, and compliance work.
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, bills, and payments.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in audits.
- Support management in documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any degree or HR-related field.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/MS Office preferred.
- Candidate must have two wheeler valid License
