We are looking for an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to lead our resort operations and help build a world-class management system.

Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager – Resort Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security and Guest Services.
- Building and mentoring department heads and supervisors.
- Implementing SOPs, operational systems and quality standards.
- Driving guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitoring occupancy, reservations, online reviews and guest feedback.
- Establishing preventive maintenance and operational audit systems.
- Conducting daily operations meetings and weekly performance reviews.
- Working closely with the Directors to improve efficiency, profitability and long-term growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

- 8–15 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
- At least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple operational departments.
- Strong leadership,



people management and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for building systems, developing teams and continuously improving guest experience.

Experience in resorts, boutique hotels, clubs or premium hospitality properties will be preferred.
