Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all interior fit-out activities at project sites. The role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The Site Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to the Project Manager.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work before execution.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress documentation.




- Ensure timely completion of snagging and handover activities.
- Monitor site cleanliness and maintain an organized work workplace.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects is preferred.
- Language: Hindi and English

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of site safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
