Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain CFS & SEZ ERP software.

· Resolve software issues on priority and coordinate with software vendors for timely resolution.

· Identify system gaps and suggest new features and process improvements.

· Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, hardware, network, printers, CCTV, and biometric systems.

· Maintain data backups, user access, and basic cybersecurity practices.

· Generate MIS reports and dashboards as required by management.

· Test and implement new software developments and updates.

· Provide IT support and user training to all departments.

User Support

· Resolve software-related issues on a priority basis with defined turnaround times.

· Provide technical support to Operations, Documentation, Accounts, HR, Commercial, Security, and Management teams.

· Troubleshoot application errors and coordinate with vendors until resolution.

· Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.

· Maintain an issue tracker and ensure timely closure of support tickets.

Process Improvement

· Study business operations and recommend technology-driven improvements.

· Develop recent reports, dashboards,



and MIS as per management requirements.

· Introduce automation wherever feasible to improve productivity.

· Ensure ERP workflows align with operational SOPs.

IT Infrastructure

· Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode printers, and networking equipment.

· Manage office LAN, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and IP phones.

· Ensure regular data backups and system recovery procedures.

· Monitor server health and storage utilization.

· Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for IT hardware and software.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

· Ensure systems are protected through antivirus, firewall, and regular software updates.

· Manage user access rights and password policies.

· Maintain data confidentiality and information security.

· Perform regular backup verification and disaster recovery checks.

· Support implementation of cybersecurity best practices and IT policies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
