Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand the market for Jewellery Consumables across the assigned region. The role involves distributor management, business development, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales and achieve business targets.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Expand market presence and acquire new customers.
- Build strong relationships with jewellery manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and workshops.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Conduct product promotions and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.

Candidate Profile

- 4–10 years of experience in Jewellery, Consumables, Industrial, Chemical, or B2B Sales.
- Strong experience in distributor management and secondary sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing network in the jewellery industry is preferred.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
