Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Receipt, Issue & verification of RM/PM & maintenance of Stock Report 2. Monitoring the critical raw material and follow-up with vendor 3. FIFO compliance and maintenance of BIN card 4. 5s Ensure implementation and sustenance 5. Ageing Report-Maintain the age of the material below 1-2 year 6. Quarterly stock Taking-Quarterly stock taking of each item, compiling stock taking sheet by 6th of quarter month. 7. Kaizen- Implementation of Kaizen improvement 8. DMS-Maintain store ledger and other necessary records as per the DMS programme 9. RM Planning and execution as per production plan- Maintain inventory levels to avoid any disruption in production line .
