We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling accounting and bookkeeping for USA-based clients and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced, process-driven environment.

Joining: Required from Second Week of August

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record and process vendor bills, payments, and owner disbursements
- Handle tenant ledgers, rent postings, and security deposits
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Work with software such as AppFolio, Yardi, DoorLoop, QuickBooks Online, etc.
- Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and US clients via email and calls





Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US accounting/bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and property management software (AppFolio, DoorLoop preferred)
- Good understanding of US accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- First two Saturdays of the month are working

Work Location:

- Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹510,000.00 per year
