Job Role
- Required relevant experience in handling large size STP Projects as Construction Manager.
- Preparing Daily, Monthly and Quarterly execution schedule to achieve project Time Line.
- Oversee daily in office construction activities to ensure compliance with Quality norms and safety regulations.
- Monitoring of site progress as per planning schedule. Handling site execution team and labors.
- Manage the billing processes for both the client and contractors.
- Coordination between Execution Staff and Vendors.
- Lead the mobilization and demobilization of manpower, equipment, and resources as per project needs.
- Ensuring smooth project Execution.
