About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Executive with strong experience in EXIM (Export–Import) logistics. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in freight pricing, vendor coordination, and preparing accurate rate quotations. The role involves ensuring competitive pricing, timely responses, and maintaining healthy relations with carriers, CFS, transporters, and other logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare competitive pricing/quotation for export and import shipments (Air & Ocean).
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, CFS, and other vendors for updated rates.
- Maintain and update rate sheets, client tariffs, and vendor databases regularly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
- Work closely with the Sales/BD team to understand client requirements and prepare accurate quotes.
- Support in tender pricing, large-volume quotations, and long-term contracts.
- Ensure pricing accuracy,



minimize cost gaps, and maintain profitability for the company.
- Handle rate negotiation with vendors to achieve optimal margins.
- Prepare costing sheets, MIS reports, and weekly pricing summaries.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and skilled manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all pricing-related documents.

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in EXIM logistics pricing (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs processes, carrier tariffs, and logistics documentation.
- Good network with carriers, CFS, and transporters (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and basic reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
