MIS Executive/Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive/Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on critical business data to support strategic decision-making across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in various reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for reporting and analysis.
- Identify trends, patterns,



and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for stakeholders, clearly communicating complex data in an understandable format.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recent data collection and reporting systems.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all company data.
