As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing both traditional NLP and machine learning techniques, as well as leveraging large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's GPT, to create intelligent and efficient conversational agents. Your responsibilities will include prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs for custom data, implementing advanced techniques like Retrieve And Generate (RAG), and automating data processing tasks to enhance the overall performance of our chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop chatbot solutions using a combination of traditional NLP and machine learning approaches.
- Utilize prompt engineering techniques to effectively interact with large language models.
- Fine-tune LLMs for custom datasets or domains to improve performance.
- Implement advanced methodologies like Retrieve And Generate (RAG)



over custom data to enhance information retrieval and generation capabilities.
- Automate data processing tasks to streamline chatbot responses and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Python for automation, data collection, processing, and other tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning techniques and technologies.

Technical Skills required:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with REST API architecture and integration.
- Demonstrated understanding of traditional NLP and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's GPT and prompt engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of advanced methodologies like Retrieve And Generate (RAG) is a plus.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL and Chrome DB/Pinecone.
- Proficiency in automation tools like BeautifulSoup (BS4), Scrapy, and Selenium.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
