Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

-
Review project requirements, specifications and technical design documents to generate test plans.

-
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

-
Do Manual and Automation testing of Web application and Mobile application.

-
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

-
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.

-
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

-
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

-
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet quality standards.

-
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. designers, developers and project managers) to identify project requirements and functionalities.

-
Monitor debugging process results.

Requirements

- Experience in Manual and automation testing

-
UX and Customer web application and mobile app testing experience required

-
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

-
Experience in writing clear,



concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

-
Robust desire to learn and share knowledge with others

-
Able to communicate effectively with clients at technical as well as functional levels

-
Should have problem solving skills and good with decision making

-
Experience in working with an Agile development process is preferred

-
Good Knowledge of at least one defect management and tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis, Rally, BugHost, Asana, Assembla, Trello, BugTracker, Google Docs, MS Excel etc.
