Job details / role purpose: -

The person will be responsible for managing the collection of debts for Allianz Partners. The person will work closely with Finance Team Sales / CRM Team to deliver an accurate and efficient credit control service. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts. The day-to-day duties will basically include ensuring timely payments are received, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries etc.

Key responsibilities : -

- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Evaluating new credit requests.
- Modification of credit terms in system
- Responding to relevant client enquiries through calls emails.
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices/accounts
- Checking and allocating receipts.
- Preparation of statements
- Notify debtors by email or telephone call of outstanding invoices.
- Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments.

Qualifications Experience : -

- B. Com / M. Com, 4-6 years of experience.
- ERP/Feeder system experience.
- Previous experience in an similar assistant accountant role
- Previous insurance experience is preferable System Skills




- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience using a general ledger system.
- SAP is preferable
