Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade applications for Order Management and Order Fulfillment systems.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop and integrate Web Services, REST APIs, and event-driven services across distributed platforms.
- Work with AWS cloud services to build secure, resilient, and highly available solutions.
- Design and manage data solutions using Astra DB and relational databases such as Oracle/SQL.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization frameworks using OAuth2 and API security best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver features from design through deployment.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, environment stability, and production releases as part of DevOps practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in application architecture, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, enterprise applications, or Order Management/Fulfillment systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in building Microservices-based architectures.
- Solid expertise in Web Services, APIs, and RESTful service development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience working with Astra DB and relational databases such as Oracle or SQL.
- Good understanding of OAuth2, API security, and secure integration patterns.
- Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, source control tools, and agile delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming/messaging technologies.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment models.
- Experience in retail, digital commerce, or fulfillment domains.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, performance engineering, and production support practices.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise and cross-functional environments.
