Tele Sales Executive – Loan Process

**Location:** Velachery, Chennai

**Experience:** Freshers

**Qualification:** 12th Pass / Any Graduate

**Salary:** ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Tele Sales Executives** to join our Banking & Financial Services team. Freshers with valuable communication skills are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to potential customers.

* Explain loan products and their benefits.

* Generate leads and qualify customer requirements.

* Follow up with customers to ensure successful loan processing.

* Maintain customer records and update the CRM.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

**Requirements:**

* Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.
