We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Key Accounts to manage leading Quick Commerce platforms, build strategic customer relationships, and drive business growth. What You'll Do
- Manage key Quick Commerce accounts and drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Strengthen relationships with platform partners and Category Managers.
- Manage distributor operations, inventory, and order fulfilment.
- Plan promotions and execute visibility initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Lead commercial discussions and support business expansion.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory Requirements
(Only candidates meeting all mandatory requirements will be considered for this role)
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Key Account Management within Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, or the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in Distributor Management and Commercial Negotiations is mandatory.

✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
✔ MBA or Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
