Job Title: Project Manager – IT

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects end-to-end. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and aligning project outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Manage project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, management, and internal teams.

- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial reporting.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in IT project management.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and drive results.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- PMP / CAPM / CSM or equivalent certification.

- Experience in managing software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Exposure to client-facing roles and delivery management.
