Job Overview

Gloss Clinic is seeking a qualified and experienced Doctor with solid management skills to oversee clinical operations, patient care, and business growth. This role requires a professional who can balance medical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure efficient clinic operations, patient satisfaction, and team coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat patients with appropriate medical care.
- Ensure high-quality patient consultations and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic and dermatological treatments (if applicable).
- Guide and supervise junior doctors and medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with medical and ethical guidelines.

Management & Administration

- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, and patient management.
- Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and patient care.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, patient feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors for medical equipment, pharmaceutical supplies, and clinic requirements.
- Handle patient escalations and ensure conflict resolution.

Business Development & Growth

- Work closely with the marketing team to promote clinic services.




- Suggest and implement new treatments or service enhancements.
- Develop partnerships with other healthcare professionals, spas, and fitness centers.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall and revenue.

Team Leadership & Training

- Supervise and mentor clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and front desk personnel.
- Conduct training sessions on best medical practices, customer handling, and clinic protocols.
- Ensure team motivation and performance improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification: MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS,MDS or equivalent medical degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in a clinical setting, preferably with management experience.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask between patient care and administration.
- Knowledge of clinic software and healthcare management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen and ability to drive clinic growth.

Preferred

- Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures.
- Prior experience in managing or leading a medical team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
