- Supervises and coordinates home nursing services for patients.
- Assigns nurses based on patients' needs and care plans.
- Monitors the quality and safety of home nursing care.
- Conducts home visits to assess patient care and staff performance.
- Trains and guides home care nurses on clinical procedures and protocols.
- Maintains accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Communicates with doctors, patients, and family members regarding care.
- Ensures infection control practices and patient safety are followed.
- Manages staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Resolves patient concerns and ensures high standards of home healthcare services.
