Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads, build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and homeowners, and contribute to the company's sales growth through effective field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to residential and commercial construction sites.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and homeowners.




- Collect customer requirements and maintain an updated lead database.
- Classify leads as Hot, Warm, and Cold.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
- Explain Varna Interiors' products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Promote the company's brand through field marketing activities.
- Gather competitor information and market trends.
- Maintain Daily Activity Reports (DAR), Lead Tracker, and visit reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
