About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, performance analysis, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
- Manage remarketing and audience segmentation campaigns.




- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in PPC/Digital Advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Valuable understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Experience in budget management and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹19,809.76 - ₹60,024.88 per month
