Job Title: Tendering & Bidding Specialist

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Any Discipline)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Government Tendering & Bidding

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Government tendering and bidding activities.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, BOQs, cost estimates, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, finance, and project teams during bid preparation.
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings required for tender submissions.
- Submit bids through Government e-Tendering portals within specified deadlines.
- Track tender status,



respond to technical clarifications, and support post-bid activities.
- Maintain tender records, amendments, and correspondence.
- Visit project sites whenever required.

Required Skills

- Government Tendering & Bidding (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Government e-Tendering portals
- AutoCAD
- BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation
- Solar EPC / Renewable Energy Projects
- Solid analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
