The Role:

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and stabilizing a state-of-the-art, cloud-native platform. Working alongside Engineering Head, you will apply your mid-to-senior level experience to navigate up-to-date enterprise architecture, including Micro-Frontends, Event-Driven microservices, and multi-database routing. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor junior peers.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Architect and develop complex features across both the frontend (Angular) and backend (Java/Spring Boot).

Component Architecture: Design and build reusable, highly optimized UI components within our Angular Micro-Frontend (MFE) applications.

API Engineering: Write, test, and optimize clean, well-documented RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring high performance across multi-database environments.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict TDD practices by writing comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability within our CI/CD pipelines.

System Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve high-level architectural issues and performance bottlenecks reported in the issue tracker.

Technical Leadership: Actively participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and provide mentorship to Junior engineers to elevate the team's overall coding standards.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 4 to 7 years of proven commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
- Deep fundamental understanding of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with extensive experience in Spring Boot.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web fundamentals, with strong hands-on experience in Angular.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, complex SQL queries, and ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA).
- Advanced familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative CI/ CD platforms (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex architectural challenges.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with cloud-native deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of REST API design, security (OAuth2/JWT), and Postman.
- Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- AI & Agentic Framework Exposure: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and a basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts or frameworks (like LangChain or AutoGen) is highly desired as we look toward integrating intelligent automation.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
