Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Fresher Architect who is ready to transition from academic projects to real-time execution. This role requires strong software proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-oriented environment.

This is not just a drafting role. You will be involved in design development, working drawings, coordination, and presentations.

Core Responsibilities

- Preparation of detailed architectural drawings (Plans, Sections, Elevations, Working Drawings)
- Development of 3D models and high-quality renderings
- Assisting in concept design and design development stages
- Preparation of presentation sheets and client decks
- Coordination with structural, MEP, and site teams
- Supporting documentation and BOQ preparation where required
- Maintaining drawing standards and revision controls

Technical Skill Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidates must have hands-on working knowledge of:

· AutoCAD

· SketchUp

· Enscape

· Lumion

· Adobe Photoshop

· Adobe InDesign

· Revit (Basic Knowledge)

· Rhino (Basic Knowledge)





· Grasshopper (Basic Knowledge)

· Microsoft Office

· WPS Office

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Solid drafting accuracy and layer management knowledge is expected.
